What can I say? From the moment I stepped into your shop and met Zoe and the Eliza Jane Howell collection, I knew that we were going to be the perfect fit for one another. Yours was the first shop I visited having wanted to see if a 20s style dress was going to work for me having been an admirer of the design and fashion of that era my whole life. Sibella was the fifth dress I tried on and it made me cry instantly. I had heard that such a thing happened but I didn't believe it, certainly that it could happen to me.

We had the most perfect day, surrounded by everyone we loved including those who couldn’t be there in person so Thank you for the personal touch to my dress to bring mum close .

With Michaela's warmth and patience we found my lovely @wtoowatters dress. It had gorgeous detail on the bodice and then lovely polka dots on the skirt. I am utterly blown away by how amazing my experience has been with Michaela at Clifton Brides. From our initial emails of discussing the dresses I wanted to try from the Lillian West range, to Michaela reserving the sample she had suggested and I really wanted to try on. At the appointment I felt at ease and comfortable, having had two previous negative experiences in other bridal salons, Michaela was so welcoming and extremely helpful. Listened to what I wanted and didn’t want. Chose a few dresses to try on as well as the reserved dress. I ended up choosing the reserved sample as it was perfect, the best dress that I felt suited me down to the core. I also really appreciated Michaela suggesting additions to the dress that the in-house seamstresses are going to make, such as flutter sleeves that I wanted, as well as an organza cover up for the top as I’m getting married in January. I literally could go on and on about how amazing the overall experience was. Fantastic service which was friendly and personable and I got the dress of my dreams. If you are looking for a beautiful wedding dress and you want friendly, warm, welcoming and helpful service, you have to go to Clifton Brides. I’m one happy bride to be!!

The boutique is simply gogeous , and even though we are in a pandemic , the atmosphere was really chilled and myself and 2 bridesmaids had a fab end to the day with lots more bubbles!

I was very fortunate to be asked by my niece to go wedding dress shopping with her , we went to some nice places and then we went to Clifton Brides .Well what can I say? Just stunning. The service was excellent nothing was too much trouble . We made numerous visits which we all looked forward to . On 27th May my niece Laura was married the dress was absolutely stunning it fitted so perfectly and was so her . Was such a fantastic day my only disappointment is that we no longer need to visit Clifton Brides . I may even after 29 years of marriage consider renewing my vows just to have the Clifton Brides experience . Thank you xx

Michaela & Brenda have a simply wonderful selection of dresses of different styles and price points.I tried a bit of everything , and was guided along the way with their expert help which was great. All of the dresses are in pristine condition and the boutique has recently been refurbished. It's so lovely , adding to the whole experience and atmosphere. Dear Michaela, Brenda and team at Clifton Brides...Wanted to say Thank you SO much. ..

I was dreading shopping for my dress and put it off so many times.( I had my shoes a year before the wedding and pretty much everything else planned!).

On my first visit to Clifton Brides , mum and I were made to feel so welcome and at ease. It was only 5 weeks since I'd had my baby son , so I wasnt feeling terribly body confident to say the least! I was certain I wanted a floaty dress but having tried these on , they really werent right for me. Michaela suggested I tried a full lace one on , and though I dismissed it on the rail, it was perfect, and I knew it was "The One". It is so true you know when its the one..

After just a couple of fittings by their amazing seamstress Keziah, it fitted perfectly. I felt like a princess all day and honestly didnt want to take it off .

Choosing Clifton Brides was the best decision I could have ever made. From start to finish , the whole process was perfect.I will happily recomend you to everyone.

Years after going past their beautiful shop and admiring their windows, I wanted to make Clifton Brides my first appointment. Michaela is lovely, honest (and funny!) and really put me at ease. I chose a few dresses that were nice , but not "IT". Michaela suggested one that was actually the opposite of what I saw myself in , but it was perfect. I wanted to sleep on it and go back with my mum and the second time I tried it on it was 110% THE ONE. I only had a few months before my wedding , but this was not a problem. Michaela called the designer while I was there and my dress was delivered in a matter of weeks without any stress. I felt amazing in it and my fiance was blown away! I really didnt want to take it off.I couldnt have hoped for a better experience. (I confess I did go to another 2 shops before going back to Clifton Brides , but the service was no way as good and far too pushy for me. Michaela clearly loves what she does and I am so glad i chose my dress there.)

Michaela couldn't have been more accommodating and lovely when we visited 2 years apart for both my daughters wedding dresses.

The atmosphere in the shop is of calm , yet still has a lovely buzz ! Beautiful collection of dresses and Im so pleased we found 2 dream dresses.

She was kind enough to also alter bridesmaids dresses bought elsewhere and always full of enthusiasm and excitement for both weddings .

Clifton Brides was only the second bridal boutique I tried, but I knew the moment I walked in and saw the dresses that it was a cut above the rest. The gowns in there are just gorgeous, elegant and of very high quality. The only trouble is there were so many beautiful ones, it was hard to decide!

Clifton Brides was the very first shop that I went to, where I found the dress of my dreams. I cannot recommend them enough. Michaela is so lovely and knew exactly what I was looking for, so much so the very FIRST dress she picked out happened to be the one! Despite all the COVID restrictions it was still such an amazing day, and I totally forgot all about it as she made me feel so comfortable. Hannah and Michaela were such wonderful hosts and made my dress shopping experience so amazing. They have fab safety measures in place during this weird time and were so professional but super friendly and helpful during my appointment. Hannah knew what I wanted better than I did and found me the perfect dress on my first appointment, which just so happened to be available as a sample so I bought it there and then! I was expecting the process of choosing a dress to be so difficult but Hannah made it so easy and comfortable and I’m just amazed that I came away with my dress so soon. Could not recommend this boutique enough, I wish the process lasted longer so I could spend more time with the lovely team!!

I found my dream dress last Saturday - all with the help of Michaela who was absolutely fantastic. (I’d been to 2 shops before this with no success) but the service and dress selection was second to non and the approach was friendly honest and lots of fun. The shop is beautiful and don’t be put off my it’s location. What I mean is, I went with the expectation that all the dresses were going to be very expensive as it was Clifton but this wasn’t the case - they have a beautiful selection of well priced dresses.
